2013 Coup de Foudre Cabernet Sauvignon 1.5L
Tasting Notes: Baker's chocolate, dried currants, and fresh raspberry preserve form the aromatics. Warm, integrated oak spices support a fine tannin profile underlined by fresh berries and cream, with hints of sage on the lengthy, ripe fruit finish.
Winemaker's Notes: Produced from our Calistoga Estate, this wine was barrel-aged in a combination of Taransaud, Treuil, Leroi and Sylvain cooperages for 18 months with 70% new oak.
Composition: 85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Petit Verdot, 5% Cabernet Franc.
