2012 Gandona Encosta 750ml
Tasting Notes: This wine has concentrated colors of deep purple that fades to a bright red rim. Highly aromatic and flavorful with primary flavors of lush ripe black cherry, red & black currant, and black plum. Secondary aromatics and flavors of creme de cassis and marzipan compliment the fruit. Intense red rock minerality and spice characterists of sage, nutmeg, and light vanilla compete on the palate. This is a full bodied wine of moderate-plus tannins, lush fruit and vibrant acidity.
